Snorting - DMSO + Interesting Alkaloids

Boo!
SIDK was wondering if SYDK has had any experiences with insufflating compounds mixed with DMSO.
There is a little thread about an acetone-DMSO-Salvinorin A tincture as proposed by Ott postulation, but with out any conclusion.
SIDK was specifically thinking about making Cebil (Vilca) more potent at lower doses = less painful, or a possible equal potency topical application utilising DMSO.
SIDK doesnt have enough chemistry knowledge to know whether the Calcium Bufotenate would stay intact in the DMSO (or indeed be transported with it) or if it may be converted into something nasty?
SIDK cant find much (if any) info on DMSO/psychedelic combinations for better bodily absorption and/or easier blood/brain barrier penetration/intensification.
If the above is possible, SIDK was wondering where the best place for painless (or less painful) DMSO analogues would go for best results (insufflation?) - and would such practices be relatively safe?

Since discovering DMSO these kinds of thoughts will not stop occuring, so somebody please help SIDK from just diving in! (SIDK has got little SIDKs that couldn`t do with out SIDK!)
