[100mg Methylphenidate]

Has anybody else here had codeine and promethazine syrup? I tried it once a long time ago and never could get it again. I felt annihilated off of 7 spoonfuls of it with some sprite and a jolly rancher It was really spacy and peaceful. That's about it. But without the normal itchiness and possible nausea from normal opiate highs.

Ooops sorry. Swim wasn't under the best conditions to think at the time of writing =p He had a prescription for it in the dream too! Sorry I forgot to add that. I can't find how to edit my post though?

swim has taken promethazine 25mg tabs with codeine it takes away the nausea and the itch.
it makes the codeine stronger but in a more sedating kind of way. swim has fallen asleep a few times on this combo and missed out on all the fun.
but do be careful when mixing these two as you could easily fall asleep and not wake up.
start out small till you find your right dosage. take 2/3 your normal codeine dosage and if using 25mg promethazine tabs try one to start with. take it about 30 to 45 min before you take your codeine on an empty gut.

Swim found the promethazine gave the high a unique twist. It felt more slowed down than normal. It reminded swim of being drunk almost, instead of just heroined out.

There have been a couple of threads about this in the past, have a search for them.
There have been a fair few deaths related to the "sipping of sizzurp", one needs to be careful not to overdo it.

swims been doing some research into this(he needs to get a life) and without getting to deep..your liver converts codine into morphine <10%> this conversion is helped by an enzyme[cyp2d6]now there are certain drugs that inhibit[reduce]the drugs effect and there are drugs that potentiate[increase]the drugs effect the list inc.
promethazine,dexamethasone increase effects
fluoxetine,citalopram reduce effects
