Drug info - Cannabis seeds and sex

Swim was wondering if marijuana seeds contain any THC and is any swiy has been high from smoking them.. Swim also wondering, Why the male plants are cut down..?? Dont they have THC or what ??

2. Cannabis seeds don't contain any THC either, but they will give you one fucker of a headache if smoked.

Males are only good for ruining a crop.

Marijuana seeds do contain some omega-3 fatty acids that are really good for your body. With some research on those and other seeds there may be cancer preventing properties.

Was under the impression that ALL parts of the plant contained THC, including the males flowers, however at a much lower conc. Useless basically, but not devoid of content

Sparkling mineral water contains CO2, so it might be acidic and fuck with the pH. Why bother?

Ok, they contain a negligible amount of THC - so does a hemp t-shirt, but smoking one wouldn't get you anywhere.

Swim has one question more..So, Here I go .. Swim planted 4 seeds several days ago and wonders if he need to light the soil or sth like that.. I mean how does plant know where to grow (gravitation ) or how ? swim thanks you all

plants know which direction to grow by a process called phototropism, where light effects certain hormone like chemicals (auxins etc) in the plant to stimulate growth in the lights direction

^Males DO have THC but nothing that's usable at all. It's not even worth recognizing. Just being pedantic there but ah well

Swiy should've germinated them. That would make the tap root come out and then you would just plant the seed with the root facing down. The grow guides here and at grasscity.com are good. Check them out because I know swiy will find them beneficial. Good luck with the grow Swiy.

Male plants do have THC, My Cat who used to grow, only grew for low potency so he only grew in vegetative state both male and female, and as long as they are in vegetative stage they both contain THC even if it the levels are low. Seeds do also contain THC if they are real seeds (not hemp) , the inside of the seed does not contain THC, so what another Cat would do is to plant the seeds and wait for the "seedhalves" to fall off once the plants get a few days old, then they can be smoked, but if you gonna feel some effect you have to have zero tolerance.

Well , they were germinated, white root came out . I mean , its more than week and they havent grew out of soil..What should swiy do ??

How far out was the root when it was planted?

What happens is: The root gets longer/the seed shell goes up and then the shell pops off leaving the cotyleton which I guess isn't a "true" leaf but looks like a leaf (I call a leaf anyways) and that's when the magic happens.

But, yeah, the root should come out about 1/4" before planting (maybe a little more, but not too long. If you did it before that, it will probably need more time. The seed should be planted no more than an inch deep in the soil as well. If either of those were done differently, then there will be a slight problem (I don't know how bad it will affect it though, sorry).

Messing with the little seedling and trying to fix it is worse than letting it sort it out on it's own so swiy shouldn't try that if there was a problem..

Swim planted them as adviced.1 inch deep.The root was at about 2-3mm out . Swim friends Swiy did the same and got plant in 2 days.. Heeelpp x)). Swim has one problem more. Germinating aint succesful.. Probably the worst u have ever seen. I have wasted at about 30 seeds. I tried to germinate them properly, but only 1 out of 6 germinated succesfully. Swim has tried absoloutely all germination tips available in the net . Right now, there are plenty of them germinating, where each 5 of them are germinated in different methods... Maybe the seeds are very bad or what.. Swim needs Heelp

The only remaining factor is the soil (since it sounds kinda like you have everything else right. It's a little hard to tell). Maybe the pH is really messed up or you used Miracle Grow which just kills marijuana or something else of that nature?


Edit: Maybe there is someone that could help out a little more?... as I am definitely not experienced with this.

Well, swim has thought that sth wrong with the soil, because swim used somekind of inquality food. Nevertheless, a week ago swim also used the very new soil, that the seeds were put in .. I think swim get it. The seeds are total sh1t. Wont buy from that web again.
