Best way for SWIM to take MST30mg?

Swim has recently got hold of some 30mg mst pills and was wondering what the best way is for swim to take them.
Swims considered bombing, snorting, crushing and eating.
Swims pills are slow releasing 30mg tablets and was also wondering how dangerous it is to break the slow releasing capsule.
