What RC do you think will be next?

it would be hard to illegalize 5meoDMT

allyourbase: I don't think they wouldn't do that, because it is a
natural occuring substance. Think of N,N-DMT or GHB, both drugs you
have in your body and for DMT the scheduling was even decades before.

They will probably schedule 2C-I but I think also may start seriously
enforcing the Analog Act. I think that would depend on how
the pending cases against the RC vendors go, and on whether they
perceive those busts as having dried up supply significantly.
Probably the next cases won't be against vendors, but against those
caught distributing lots of capsules etc.



Simple possession of small amounts without evidence of intent to
distribute is still untested but you don't want to be the test case.

2C-I hands down. It's the most popular and is readily available, not to mention it is related and sounds similar to 2C-B, as well as the fact that it IS illegal already in most European countries.

in Finland, dpt, 5-mao-amt and 5-meo-mipt (wow, that was a surprise) was moved into "prescription drugs" scheduling, meaning they are illegal to import without doctor's prescription (and what kind of doctor could give prescriptions to those??).
