It's becoming more popular, and practically every other country has
scheduled it. But let's face it, with the analog act, it already is
scheduled. Theres no way most anyone here can prove it's not for
consumption.

i think 5meo dmt is too far from being recreational to ever get
scheduled. Its been around for decades and is still ok so i think it

2-ci will be i think,it is most places now,5-meo-dmt because its getting more popular and the side effects could be used against it and maybe 5-meo-amt as there have been deaths in asia and the dosage has to be so accurate to be safe.

If it were just one most likely 2C-I but if there is anymore scheduling action taken by the DEA I don't think it would be just a chemical, more like the EU ban where most of the active phenethylamines and tryptamines are blanket scheduled. and yes, tma-2 & 6 are already scheduled.

I can imagine they take the whole 2c-x family in jail, -> Schedule
one, due to the fact that it is obviously it's just drugs, not a research tool. On the
other hand there have been quite a few arrests especially when I read

It simply seems not necessary to schedule substances, when they can use the analogue act or other laws....

on the other hand I agree with 5-Meo-DMT beeing one of the next candidates & would add DPT as one of the next substances.

already covered under the analogue act. My vote goes to one of

I'd go with either 2C-I or 2C-E. Their popularity is gaining rapidly and the DEA must be taking notice by now. It's only a matter of time...

I can also imagine the 4-Ho-xxx(x) series or the 4-Aco-xxx(x)
substances to get a schedule 1 soon. They are getting quite a good
feedback from the customers in the trip reports, especially 4-ho-mipt
& -dipt. Still not cheaper than shrooms, but clean and still
available on the RC market.

I would have to say 2c-i. It is getting really popular so Im sure it will evenaually get scheduled. If it kills someone it will be scheduled even quicker. Sadly, I think all RCs will become illegal one day, even those like 5-meo-dmt.

it would be hard to illegalize 5meoDMT. its natural, they cant go saying its an illicit synthetic drug used by the rave scene for recreational pruposes blah blah blah. I say even most of the 5meoDMT sold on the RC market has actually been extracted. Im led to believe this because even from an expensive source, it is cheaper to buy virola bark and extract it yourself than to synthesize even a large amount of it. also isnt there some argument as to whether or not 5meoDMT is even a "halucinogen" (in the strictest sense of the word). I think in the US, Salvia and salvinorin will be on the docket VERY soon, not exactly an RC, but I know for a FACT theres a congressman lobbying for its addition to schedule 1.Edited by: allyourbase

In that "Foxy" was scheduled here in the Untied Snakes after it got a reputation for being sensual/sexual, i'd say that would be the direction to look. The USA is being run by a theological minority that takes sex and drugs as being equally evil. Foxy made them think "Pop a rod for God!" and their lil' alcohol-soaked micro-brains burst into the legislature. So the next one to go in the dungeon will be one that gets a reputation for being good for sex. So....
