One more thing..........
I took 2mg of xanax last night with like 10 vicoprofens and today I'm taking Trim-spa (w/ephedra). Do you think Its ok for me to go to the gym and do some cardio workout?

thats a good way to give your self a heart attack and I wouldnt advise it...
