Oxycodone/Oxycontin labeling question
SWIM has recently come across a bottle of prescription oxycodone pills, but is a little confused about the actual contents of the pills. The bottle says "oxycodone hcl 5mg", but then it also lists "oxycontin 10mg tablet SA". SWIM was under the impression that oxycontin is the timed release form of oxycodone, but the bottle lists oxycodone AND oxycontin, both with different doses so SWIM is a bit confused here. Could anyone clear this up? Sorry if this has been answered, I tried using the search function but there were so many threads to go through!

ah it's no big deal...just eat 5 of them. either its 50mg total or 25mg total...believe me...you'll be able to tell the difference.
