Black tar is snortable without water if you follow these steps...first your gonna need a scale just for potency purposes.swim uses clabber girl baking powder for best results,but should work with other brands.freeze the tar for about 10 minutes or until hard depending on the quanity,swim uses .08 baking powder for every .02 tar.swim uses a small coffee cup containing the powder then puts tar into powder and crushes it while frozen with something heavy with a piece of paper over the top so it wont stick to crushing object,swim uses the butt end of heavy flashlight.After crushed swim puts both items into empty pill container with 3-4 pennies,or 2 heavier quarters,whatevers available.swim shakes very well for 30-45 seconds or until completly fused with powder.swim uses a pair of tweezers to extract coins,then enjoy.Swim will turn one gram of tar into 8 grams of snortable powder,makes it last alot longer with still at the desired effects.
