Oral use - First time using E

SWIM intends to use ecstasy at an event this saturday which will last only 3-5 hours. He said he is planning on taking only 1 pill as it is his first time it should be enough to have a nice time without any extreme unbearable high. He plans to take a water bottle containing around 1 liter of water and read somewhere that putting 2 spoonfuls of salt into the drink will help keep sodium levels in the blood at an OK level. Is this advisable for him to do?

Also.. he was wondering if the drug gives a 'drunk' feeling like many other drugs will, where co ordination becomes hard and distances and judgements are impaired?

If anyone has any other tips I can pass on to him they would be appreciated, as I want him to have a fun but safe time

No "drunk" or similar feelings, far as Swim's knowledge goes.

Stay hydrated and eat healthy foods to help with the comedown and such.

Personally recommend starting with half a pill and working your way up, much safer. So many dirty and unsafe pills out there today.

Swim does not see how sodium levels relate to MDMA. Anyone have any info on that?

Swiy will certainly have mental effects. Check Erowid.org for an complete effects list for MDMA.

Just take it safe, slow, and careful. Best advice for ANYTHING drug related.

Do not add 2 tsps. of salt to SWIM's water. That's way too much sodium. Try some Gatorade or similar if SWIM wants electrolytes (good idea). A quart (liter) or two of that in a bag will be ample.

One dose of MDMA and SWIM will be close to fine in 5 hours. He won't appear drunk or incapacitated - just highly aware and friendly.

It sounds like MDMA will give SWIM the effects for during this event, I will post back here to inform you how SWIMs experience was. Lets just hope the pills SWIM gets are mainly MDMA based

SWIM has only experience this on high doses. Even if you becoming retarded/paraletic it should only last 1-2 hours, mostly while you peak. After that you should be abit less retarted assuming it happens.

IMO you will love xtc. Take half or one to start of with and you should be in for a good night
