Every SWIY's highest tolerance achieved/opioid(s) implemented?
We've all been there... reaching a level of tolerance either due to a ridiculously good supply or through (as SWIM has done in the past on two occasions, which account for both "tolerance ceilings" for SWIM) testing for personal experience and research into the effects and analysis of high tolerance, doses, etc.
SWIM uses opioids to treat depression, in combination with heavy research.
This has lead to two occasions (taped on film as well) to test tolerance levels and effects thereof.
Morphine Sulfate: 750mg intramuscular daily (reduced to 25mg daily in JUST THREE WEEKS, with a HUGE SUPPLY of Duragesic 7.5mg patches remaining (>700 patches)), which, as all of us SWIM's know, requires an immense source of willpower and drive, both of which aren't difficult, though shows how strongly will and drive are when researching/using opioids properly (in this case for treating depression and occasional recreation).
This beautifully highlights the ability of the intelligent to use willpower and intelligence to utilize opioids properly, and quit through will alone without coercion of any kind.
Fentanyl: 52.5mg orally at one time (gastrointestinal absorption, not buccal).
Both warranted obviously little effectual mu-2 euphoria agonition, but were amazing sources of research to test the effects and ability of tolerance and pharmacological effects at increased tolerance doses.
At this level, a "ceiling" is reached whereby kappa effects dominate, and a level of (stupor is improper, but "tiredness" better describes it) is dominant.
Both research instances were short lived, and were an INVALUABLE source of information to learn first-hand the invalidity of approaching increasing tolerance levels, and the benefit of proper moderation (need not be too strict, just proper) and observation of one's own doses to effect proper supply-maintenance and effects dually.
Anyways, this main thread was just for interest! No need to delve too heavily; always interesting for all us SWIM's to know. Experiencial information is greatly welcomed too if you want! Though minimal replies are just as informative.
