Experiences - Swim aquired some ketobemidone

Swim just aquired 5 grams of ketobemidone, how swim aquired it is not important, yes it's pure and no it's not from a drug dealer. Swim is wondering if anyone has any experience with this chemical.YES Swim did research on it, but he wants some first hand experience on dosing and what it's like, administration etc.. Swim is under the impression it is just like morphine, only a little bit more potent. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

On wikipedia it says routes of administration are Oral, Rectal, and Intraveneous. The drug has some NMDA antagonist properties, too. Experiments indicate that it is more addictive than other opiates.

A little kitten thought Keto felt much like Meperidine / Pethidine (Demerol in the U.S.), only slightly longer lasting. He felt the potency is decent, although he doesn't think the 25mg Keto = 60mg Morphine conversion is accurate. He thinks maybe 40-50mg Keto = 60mg Morphine. The kitten also noted that intravenous usage is markedly stronger.. 10mg IV = ~30mg Oral.

As he stated earlier, due to the NMDA activity, it feels more like Meperidine/Pethidine or Methadone rather than a standard opioid such as oxycodone or a true opiate like morphine. The kitten thought it was much more sedate than many opiates/opioids but enjoyed it thoroughly. The kitten also recommends a milligram scale.

DO NOT EYEBALL THIS SUBSTANCE!

It is far too potent to guess how much you are ingesting. The kitten said that his friend, an extremely hot female kitten, experienced a mild overdose due mismeasurement. At the time, neither of the two kittens had a proper scale and were instead trying to use a water titration technique to measure the dosage. For a heavily dependant kitten like the author of this article, it wasn't a huge problem, but his opiate naive friend taking a fraction of his dosage experienced problems.

Be very careful- its a great substance, but very powerful as an opioid as well. And please, don't guess how much you are taking, its simply not worth the risk.

the last comment by soma is basically correct, as is the one above. Demerol has some slight atropine mimicking effects [more pronounced drying of mucosal membranes for instance, some evidence of deliriant qualities, but they are also related to the effects of norpethidine] and the NMDA antag comments are correct too.

the theory that it is more addictive comes out of old research that was hard against it, based on the fact that former junkies rated it highly, but now [and this is only wikipedia I'm lamely quoting so please feel free to correct me!] they say that worry about addiction was a bit overblown...
