Dose - Effervescent Vs Capulets

My Dalek has been looking around for any information that could clear up any issues about using 8/500mg effervescent tablets in CWE.

He has issues crushing up the pills, and its worked for him before but he would like to think effervescent tablets will make this life easier, concidering effervescent pills disolve in water he was wondering if CWE 'rules' as it were still apply.

He found on the forum others have only done it with a handful of pills (2-6 or so). But he was wondering if any one has used much more than that and CWE it. Say anything over 20 - 8/500mg's tablets. Was there any trouble filtering acap? or did SWIY prefer capulets or other means?

Effervescent tablets have a high sodium content per pill, and can exhibit a laxative effect. Plus they are more expensive. If you want to save your kidneys, tastebuds and wallet, just stick the regular pills in a coffee filter, and hit with a hammer. Works well. Apparently

Hitting pills with a hammer forces the powder to disperse ... trust me when i say my little dalek hes done it before. But your opinion is noted thank you.

Until he can figure a better way to contain the powder he shall be happy - cheers again

Never noticed powder dispersing as long as the pill were inside something, a paper bag, filter etc.
