Problem w/Dried Pod Tea Prep - Is Immunity Possible?

Hi - some guy's been offline experimenting for a few weeks, and has read so many opinions (from a broad span of time), and had such a difficult time, that it seems some current opinions are needed. Sorry if asking to re-hash old stuff, but it seems ideas have changed.

1st of all is the question - why not allow to boil? So many say it destroys alkaloids, but others say that temps up to 375f are safe.

Current means is cooking in hotpot at temps around 160. Has not tried major boiling, but has allowed to bubble a bit. Has tried using calcium carbonate and/or lemon. Did recently find that the calcium precipitates the morphine, and in order to consume it, must keep mixing tea (something he neglected).

Last attempt kept temp around 150k/66c for 3 - 30 min. extracts adding lemon only to water. Up to present, has just been covering w/water, but read that 3:1 - 5:1 ratio should be used. Now there's approx. 1 liter of liquid, resulting from 40g's (rather than the usual 12oz result. The main problem noticed, is that it doesn't seem to taste all that bad - with all the posts regarding how to get the stuff down, that is sort of worrisome. He read of ice purification, so perfomed two, using only thin layer of clear ice.

Realized from past methods, that although there was no major high, there was no sickness from the attempt to escape H. This is first day with no wake-up. Unfortunately, the H took relatively short amounts of time from the day, whereas this has become a part-time occupation. The upside is that, once perfected, no more scars & vein destruction.

Really crazy - by 5p yesterday he had consumed over half the liquid, with no appreciable effects. His H habit was small, only 1 - $6 item 2x daily - always a junctional funkie. He still felt effects of only one. Different vendors & strains have been tried, along with the different methods - to no avail. From reading others posts, it seems that 15 pods should be sufficient for someone with an opiate tolerance. More than that has been consumed.

Since no feeling from codeine (including oxy) or it's derivatives are ever felt, and even a bottle of morphine sulfate obtained from chemist many years before had little effect (although it was possible it was way out of date), is it possible that he'll only feel it, if it is further refined, i.e. may have no reaction to codeine or morphine (although dilaudid was DOC until no longer available)?

These teas come on very slowly compared to many opiates, there's no way oral morphine will compare to any amount of IV diamorphine, that flashbang layed out rush just won't happen. Swim has met a few users who don't percieve the effects of pod tea as satisfying because of the slow come up, it depends on what swiy considers stoned.

Its almost definately a tolerance problem, what's unclear is whether or not it is a physical or psychological tolerance.

Re: Problem w/Dried Pod Tea Prep - Is Immunity Possible?

hi - thanks

an instant hit wasn't expected, but after consuming several cups during the day (over half of 40g's prepared), one would have thought that by 5pm some sort of feeling might have been noticeable

if one small spoon of dope can be felt - it would seem that the tolerance wouldn't be that high - despite very long-term use.

it's a puzzle - someone doesn't know if they should just give up trying, or give one more try - using taz, which rep has as being one of the most potent.

Re: Problem w/Dried Pod Tea Prep - Is Immunity Possible?

Swim is a long-time opiate addict and must say that is surprised that he doesnt feel effects. Recently, swim tried taz's and wow! She normaly uses around 30 medium to large of papaver but with the tazmanian uses half that with great effects. Although the taste is much stronger and alot harder to get down. Actually as much liquid as it takes in order for significant buzz, She cant find any suitable substance to mask flavor and is finding it harder and harder to consume. Any suggestions? Anyway if he isnt getting good buzz just try more!
