Extraction Question Involving Glycerin

SWIM has read posts on making a sublingual THC by adding marijuana to glycerin and then leaving it macerate for months. I was thinking that it could be done quicker by placing in an airsealed mason jar used for pressure cooking and then placing it in simmering water in order to heat activate and extract the THC much faster and more completely.

Does that sound about correct or does anyone have any suggestions?

The reason behind the desire to create a glycerin extract instead of the traditional Butter/Oil or Alcohol is that it will uptake faster and more completely because of how the body breaks it down it is also not detrimental to the skin and body like alcohol, if anyone has tried sublingual thc tinctures with alcohol they know what I mean.

Thanks.
