Experiences - IV is mostly hype?

Ok, i don't know if the title really explains what swim's trying to say. but swim used to do 3-4 bags to feel nice. wouldn't even nod hard. but would just be at the level of "aaaaaaah". Swim IV'ed for the first time the other day, half a bag. he didn't even feel that much. well he ended up doing like 2 bags the first time he IV'ed. and he was pretty f'ed up. but not nodding hardcore. so is it the batch to blame? is it swim's tolerance to blame? i just don't get it.
oh and btw. swim didn't use citric acid. put a flame under the spoon till it bubbled. then drew it up.
