SWIM has 20 5/325 mg percs. (5 mg oxycodone 325 apap)

SWIM would like to follow traditional guide for CWE using 2-3ml of water per pill (40-60 ml water) and then seperate the APAP.

SWIM wants to then evap the water and snort the remaining oxycodone (cheap oxycontin). SWIM is curious if he should use a hair dryer or what to accomplish this.

Generally when drying crystals of salts of alkaloids - such as oxycodone hydrochloride - the natural way is the best and safest regards the stability of the salt desired. This means using a shallow bowl - in direct sunlight under a fan - would preserve the chemical integrity of the oxycodone hydrochloride.

Using artificial heat sources such as bright lights, radiant heat, microwaves, etc - can cause the molecule to break down. Slow and natural wins the horse race. This holds true in most applications regardless of the chemical involved - codeine phosphate, morphine sulfate, etc.

The melting point of oxycodone hydroclhoride is about 250 degrees celcius which would lead me to believe that even ovening it for a little bit at 170 F wouldn't be that bad...

Or can swim mix the oxyocodone/water into a nasal spray bottle and spray nasally till he feels amazing :]. (SWIM did about 30ml water for 50mg of perc)
