Dose - Got some BZP, how much SWIM take?

SWIM got three capsules each with 200mg BZP in each. How many shud I take?

EM, 1 max! My ferret would even say 1/2 or 3/4 first time! ALOT of people don't react well with BZP at all! Proceed with caution!

SWIM also wonders if BZP lasts? Let's say if SWIMone had the capsules for more than a year, shud they still be ok now?

SWIM agrees with 150-200mg first time dose, especially if capped rather than pilled, as capsules will hit more rapidly, etc.

swim thinks 200 is right about perfect if not mixed with tfmpp or similar (and not too much alcohol)

Thanks for the advice, SWIM ended up taking one at about 9 but there was very little effect so SWIM took another at 00.30 followed by a third at 05.00. Even after this the effects were very subtle. SWIM's a bit disappointed as the most notable results were increased energy (not remarkable), insomnia and 15 hrs of chewing.
Nonetheless, SWIM is grateful that he avoided the horror trips that some people undergo from excessive consumption.

SWIM should clear his schedule for the next day after the test. Some people have profoundly negative after-effects that leave them unable to function - severe headaches, nausea, cramps, name-it. So this possibility should be factored into any social schedules.

Doing this is always advisable with any new materials a SWIM might be test-piloting.
