Other - SWIM confused about DXM high coming back

Some days ago, SWIM took 120 mg of DXM in the form of 15 mg liqui-caps, weighting 57 kg, as such SWIM had took 2.1 mg/kg of DXM. SWIM also drank four beers, and smoked pot that day. SWIM had no problems whatsoever with his trip, his problems came the following days. SWIM woke up a bit high the day after, this has not worried him, and he carried on with his day. Later in the afternoon, SWIM drank some alcohol, and for the rest of the evening until he went to sleep, had a less heavy but unpleasant (or what he believed to be) DXM comeback. It lasted him until he had to go to sleep. The next day, once again, SWIM woke up with an high once again, he was dizzy, had somewhat dilated pupils and his balance was not as good as usual. He concluded that it was yesterday's high ending, and as such it ended an hour or two later. SWIM went to his friend's house and stayed there all afternoon, SWIM smoked some pot and was relieved that he felt little to no effects of DXM. Later on that day SWIM went to the store and bought a "Breakfast" brand shake and drank it. Shortly after, once again, DXM effects kicked in, a bit stronger than the last time now though. SWIM didn't feel good and went home. He had a bit of a belly ache once at home, that made him ponder about what he was feeling, he concluded that it surely wasn't DXM that him feel like that, but rather his drink that could've been too old. SWIM then went to sleep. He woke a few hours later, covered in sweat, oddly smelling sweat at that. He refreshed himself and went back to sleep once again. Once morning came, SWIM woke up, having a fuzzy vision, odd balance and big pupils again. Now SWIM is confused; Is it serotonin syndrome, it's effects going on and off? Or is it that DXM is kept in the bile, and when a sufficient amount is sent to his stomach, a DXM high is felt? Or something totally different?
