Dopaminergic Drugs

SWiM has, since his last depressive episode, self-medicated for anxiety and depression with cannabis, and is maintained on 150 mg bupropion and 100 mg fluvoxamine and less than a gram of cannabis daily (when he has mid-grade sativa - sativa seems preferable).

He is, however, interested in switching to something else for the purpose of ridding himself of the (relatively few) negatives associated with cannabis use.

Bup. gets SWiM's dopamine levels up (or, rather, up somewhere), and the luvox works for seratonin - but what is the likelihood that another combination could be found that hits similar places with a dopamine increase?

Part of the problem here is this:

What is the difference between the dopaminergic effect of the cannabinoids and that of an amphetamine?
