Experiences - Going round the twist

Swim is an "ex" heroin and all round opiate lover with a burning desire to get swimself sorted out as fast as possible.
Swim loves DF118s and/or codeine but swims doctor will not give swim any. In fact the strongest thing swim is allowed to get off the doc is paracetamol!
Swim is seriously considering cruising a few accident and emergency rooms with faked broken ribs in the hope of getting something.
Swim is in the process of trying to get some dihydrocodeine online but this is going to take weeks!
Swim has lost contact with every dealer in Newcastle (UK) and really does not fancy hunting around pubs, clubs and bars all night.
And with every hour that passes, swims craving for an opiate binge gets stronger. This is not like withdrawls... this is a genuine craving.
Has anyone had this before? Out of the blue the desire to get high is just too intense to bear.
Swim would get drunk but everytime swim does he ends up being violently ill.
Swim's really struggling here lol. Swim even thought about glue or aerosol. Don't really want to go down that well trodden path again but needs must.
Sorry for this post being a bit random. Swim is not feelin up to scratch and posting stuff like this helps a little.

SWIM also has periods like this where there are no opiates in site, (Right now for instance). SWIM has been trying to score for 4 days of any kind of opiate but had no luck after being dicked around by several wiggers on seperate occassions. SWIM gave up the search and is now riding out the withdrawel and letting his tolerence go back to .1 (I say .1 because your tolerence will never hit 0 again). SWIM is going to wait until a score presents itself to him and just be content.


SWIM is not going to preach to you because SWIM is a user too (Who takes monthly breaks every so often though...), why not just consider this a small break to lower your tolerence and eventually you'll score big and be right back at it again (more cost efficiently too).

P.S Do not sniff things its pointless, smoke weed if SWIY NEED to get fucked up. But the fact that SWIY need to get fucked up to feel normal shows that SWIY has some issues that need be dealt with otherwise SWIY will not be having a great life expectancy ESPECIALLY if you start to snort aerosol /etc again.

Swim takes on board you advice. Solvent abuse isn't really the way to go but this damn craving has become extremely intense and so are swims methods of obtaing something... anything to get a euphoric high.
Swim is currently looking seriously at 100mg of Tramadol SR but swims also on Fluoxetine 60mg. Fit or high? It's a hard call.
Also a pretty depressing trip to the doc ended up with swim obtaining several Propantheline Bromide tablets for fluoxetine induced night sweats. Now doing a fevered search of the web to try and find out the "abuse" potential of these new and exciting pills.
Apart from all this, I'm doing fine lol.

SWIY should give tramadol a go and see if it helps craving (Some people feel pretty good from tramadol too), it shouldn't be too hard to get.

SWIM has never heard of Propantheline Bromide so SWIM isn't much help there sorry.
