Effects - Dilated pupils from DXM - how long till they constrict again?

Hey all, this is a note a friend's grandma asked me to post here for her:

"So I'm starting to get a little worried. About three full days ago I did dex (in liquid form) for the third time in a few (4 or 5) months. Since I'm still just starting out with it, I took a small dosage...about 350mg.

Anyways, so far every time I've done it my pupils act strange. They don't just dialate....they seem to get bigger and then very small and back and forth. As far as I can tell they are always the same size as eachother and usually went back to normal by the next morning, so I didn't think it was much to worry about.

However, this time, almost 3 full days later, when I look in the mirror they still get bigger and smaller and then bigger. My vision is always fine, and there is no variation in the light level of the room while I watch in the mirror.

I'm kinda starting to worry about this a little...anyone have any advice or anything?
