Methadone - snort or oral?
Is methadone better if snorted or taken orally? And why?
If oral, how? Under the tounge till it dissolves or what?

Methadone is a slow acting opioid (4 hours to reach peak blood plasma levels) so swallow the pill whole. Personally I'd advise anyone not to mess with methadone but your not going to listen to that and take it anyway.

Eating works great. Swim finds it almost twice as long to start acting compared to other opiates. Taking the pill ground in a drink makes it reach peak levels quicker. Swim does that will almost all his opiates.
