Effects - Salvia with Shrooms and Salvia With Cacti - Can it turn it into a bad trip.

OK SWIM knows that Salvia usually gives a frightning trip but SWIM has a question.

This weekend he is doing Peruvian Torch and Shrooms in the morning about 4 grams of Shrooms and 35 grams of cacti.

1. Now SWIM want's to know if he only takes the Shrooms and then after they kick in if he smokes salvia and has a bad trip, when he comes back will he be in a bad trip still?

2. Now SWIM want's to know if he only takes the Cacti and then after they kick in if he smokes salvia and has a bad trip, when he comes back will he be in a bad trip still?

3. Now SWIM want's to know if he takes the Cacti and the Shrooms and then after they kick in if he smokes salvia and has a bad trip, when he comes back will he be in a bad trip still?

To answer all there questions: it's certainly possible that swiy's bad trip will continue even after he comes down from the salvia portion of his trip, no matter the combination. Seeing as how it's possible can have a bad trip just by being in a bad mindset (or for no reason whatsoever), having an utterly terrifying experience induced via salvia can definitely introduce a negative mental state that can carry over to the rest of the trip.

Swim would personally suggest that swiy tries salvia on its own before combining it. Swim didn't break through with salvia the first few times he tried it. If swiy has no experience with it, swim would suggest figuring out the proper amount to use to breakthrough without the trip being overwhelming.

If swiy does go through with this, report back and let us know how it went.

Swim has done salvia 3-4 times before and broke though all three. He will do a mild dose because he got the same salvia coming and he knows the dose.

My cat finds that a little weed solves all the ills of salvia. Your friend should smoke the weed first and then the salvia. That'll makes sure the experience is okay. After that he should be all clear with whatever else.

He will try weed with Salvia before he tries the other two with weed and salvia. Just to be safe.

On a side note salvia and weed seem to give my cat a bit of a hang over the next day, but your friend should expect one anyways if he's taking several substances. Mescaline is known to do this by itself. He might be in for a rough day (or couple days) when his trip is over.

Swims friend smoked salvia while tripping on mescaline, his first time trying both. Very bad idea, he had a terrible salvia trip for 5 - 10 minutes and this ruined his remaining hours with the mescaline. I dont see why anyone would want to use salvia while tripping on anything else, its powerful enough on it own when used correctly.

Salvia and weed give my cat a markedly different experience. It's never gone sour for him before. Whereas salvia is almost always a bad trip if my cat uses the extract.

Swim has used salvia with and without marijuana, it certainly does not eliminate any chance of a bad experience. A breakthrough experience on salvia will most likely leave somebody in a different dimension, THC will not make this experience any "easier". Most tokers will agree that a smoke on the comedown is a helpful transition back to reality, but it doesnt have any major impact the peak of a full on salvia trip.

And the major point in question here is mixing salvia with either mescaline or mushrooms OR both !!! A smoke of marijuana will intensify either of these two drugs on their own, so adding salvia to the mix is certainly going to intensify the experience even further.

The other night he ate a few shrooms (Mexican he thinks) after blowing up a few lines of mescalin, then he smoked a few pipes of salvia. Honestly it was the most wacked out thing SWIM said he had ever saw, In fact a week later he still feels trauma. Phisically also, SWIM fell to his knees in pain after he snapped out of a violent enough salvia "spot" (Trance like state completly unremembered, physically atleast) and complained of extreme pain in his chest, more so his heart he explains. He also explained the extremety of his trips, visualisations or what ever other name fits.
SWIM was just glad he had a sitter as he moved alot without knowing it, also that he is quite the experienced user and is relieved others did not participate, as the effects could have been dire.

SWIM is a dumbass so he just grabbed dry chunks got a bottle of water and drank them down. They hurt and once made him gag but other than that a good time.


Sad thing is he ran out of cactus and his miracle berrys came in the mail.

My cat likes to boil off as much as possible then filter through a t-shirt and finally to add koolaid to the brew (a lot). Ends up tasting like koolaid with a little pee in it. Not too bad though he just tries not to think about it.
