Experiences - DOC nervous energy

SWIM's monkey and his friend are in a middle of a DOC trip and are wondering how to get rid of all of this excess energy without making the trip disappear....SWIM's monkey has some seroquel on hand but is enjoying the trip except for all of the nervous energy and doesn't want abort the trip....would taking seroquel or a benzo help calm them down?

A benzo would calm it, whereas Seroquel could reduce it. Breathing exercises to calm the mind/body would be best. Slowing the breath while relaxing the spine and arms/legs. Also warm baths have a calming and centering effect.

Sitting, and just breathing deep always helps swim. Also, he has tried using many benzos with DOx to end the trip and he has to say that 5mg diazepam taken every 30minutes ove a half hour will have that feeling gone for sure.

okay SWIM's monkey knew that DOC lasted a long time but god damn when is it going to end after 14 hours of trippin.....this shit is still going strong

It can easily go on for 20 hrs plus. What my monkey seems to use in the situtation you are describing is alprazolam (xanax) and high quality cannabis, perferably bubble hash, Seroquel is an anti psychotic and would likely knock you on your ass.
