Niacin Question? Please Help!
Ok so I found out I have a drug test coming up September 12. Im going to get some Niacin(I think that is how you spell it), and I was just wondering what is a safe amount to take every day. Im going to be getting a 7 to 10 day detox kit too. I will have to take 4 morning pills and 4 evening pills but I want to get niacin and take it like once a day. Just not sure on how many pills to take.

yeah there is info on niacin but not really anything that answers my question. I looked before I posted the thread. I just basically need to know a safe amount to take....

well i know it isn't good to take 2 grams or more because of the damage it can due to the liver but i am not quite sure what a standard dose would be
