Codeine at work?

Hi all! I just have a quick question. Swim recently heard about codeine and its effects, and he would like to try it, and will soon. My question is, can swim take a couple T3's and dissolve them, and just drink it on the job? Swim blazes almost everyday on the job, but the job involves some physical labor. Will swim get too high/lazy to work? The reason I ask is because swim is probably acquiring the T3's from work.
