Effects - Is something wrong with the crack???

Hope i'm posting this in the right forum: Basically several hours ago SWIM and her boyfriend relapsed and bought some crack-cocaine and some heroin (more of the former than the latter). SWIMs boyfriend has mainly been piping the crack (SWIM thinks he may've had one line of H) and SWIM also has had a lot of crack (a little H too).
About an hour ago SWIMs boyfriend began feeling really cold and started shivering. He's now laying on the sofa with a duvet over him, half sleeping. SWIM is awake but her joints have begun to ache (almost like the onset of heroin withdrawals - but there is no way that that is possible).
Can anyone think what in the crack might've made SWIM and bf feel this way???

Oh yeah, there's a few shiny little fragments in both the coke and h, which look like bits of sugar, only much smaller.

Seek treatment to be safe.

Swim honestly feels his comedowns sound like that when doing coke/crack, especially with bad/street/uncleaned coke.

However, Swim has never done anything dangerous with coke before, especially mixing uppers and downers. Most he ever did was rail .4g of fishscale. Hell of a ride.

While this latest escapade of dabbling in the deep may be chalked up to unluck, a bad batch, food poisoning or whatever...SWIM sees an ominous message. Suffice it that SWIM has aged and seen Karmic retribution met out a million times for violations of the heart. The fact that SWIbeena's significant OT was giving it a real good go at the rehab, working spic and span, a clean machine----SWIbeena's role in altering his path to recovery may damn well be considered Cardinal. Now, Karma's kick is cutely custom to the context. Payback will be your worst fears coming true. Now SWIM does not know what those are, but bets SWIbeena dang does. Probably involves 'losing' the boi, one way or another, huh? Couldn't help but notice just hours before this post, there was a related post indicating help was being sought. What a difference a couple hours makes.

Classic warning sign of endgame is when otherwise experienced players score bunk dope in desperation to get fixed. Furthermore, the bunk being sickening is proof positive the jig is up, game over. Teetering on the edge, next step off the cliff is mad scoring again out of fierce frustration at being denied the high. Admittedly, SWIM's read may be off base and not at all related to SWIbeena's reality. In that case, carry on, SWIM is merely looking at his own reflection in the mirror, as all this has happened to SWIM. Thanks for the flashback, hun! And yeah, those same sparkly granules in both the C and H can't be good...

By the way, this thread was on lockdown (closed) last night when I tried to post. And now it is open. What's that about?

Ok...just to update: SWIM and boyfriend are both okay...sorry to worry anyone, but thanks for the words of wisdom: especially SWIMiMoMo....me-thinks SWIM has probably been kidding herself somewhat about the relative success of her so-called 'recovery'. It's not really much of a recovery at all to be honest. SWIMs boyfriend was doing ok, but is now back on the white stuff and although SWIM has cut down on both white and brown, the methadone is just sustaining her addiction. By that, SWIM doesn't mean there's anything wrong with using methadone - as long as it's being used correctly and SWIM hasn't been: the other day she took 700mg of morphine on top of her 50mls of methadone in a desperate attempt to get 'out her nut' and boy did she gauch out....SWIM is maybe gonna spend a bit of time evaluating the situation. Trouble is, SWIM never seems to see any danger in the things she does......
