I think it would also be important to clarify whether you are talking about ingestion of piracetam right before toking, or whether smoking cannabis is different while you are on a daily piracetam regimen.

My panda couldn't really comment on whether smoking is different on a regular piracetam regimen (Nanobrain has an interesting report on a flashback from piracetam and cannabis somewhere though), but he will say that he notices some differences when he takes a dose of piracetam (while not on a regular regimen) shortly before smoking, and generally for the better. It feels much more intense if his tolerance is low or he smokes a high enough amount to get completely mind-fucked, but otherwise the differences are qualitative and hard to put a finger on exactly. He enjoys hybrid strains that are heavier on the sativa side when he does this, as he finds he gets a good balance of altered thinking (creativity, fluid thought process) and ability to focus. Memory recall is also slightly improved, in the sense that he feels he can remember things better while high, he isn't struggling to pull out words or put discrete thoughts together. He doesn't recall any difference in memory of being high afterwards however.

As he hasn't been using piracetam for several months now, he will be sure to experiment with this and report back with a more detailed analysis.

I don't think the interactions between racetams and cannabis are really one of 'potentiation' - the neuromodulatory effect of the racetams makes most combos with them much more blend-like. I suppose if potentiation just means non-subtractive, then I'd say its a relationship of potentiation.

Cannabis and aniracetam blend well enough for daily use, in SWIM's opinion.
