Opinions - popped two days prior to drug test

my cousin (let's call him "bill") applied for an entry level job that is highly relevant to his future career choice, sadly he did not anticipate a response so quickly from the company and got a call the morning after he popped for an interview scheduled two days later...
now this is a highly corporate company and will more than likely test him for recreational drug use, are there any system cleansers out that could help him get clean before the impending test?
for perspective "bill" has not popped for 8 months since this latest time and hasn't used any other illegal substances this entire year, will that play a factor in how quickly his metabolism handles the e?

Most things found in E including MDMA and speed, are detactable within a window of 3-5 days after single use. SWIM is unsure of the efficacy of any products and he would be too skeptical to put his $$ down on it. Exercise and water would be his preferred method if possible in such short a time.

i had also suggested to "bill" that he just drink massive amounts of water prior to taking the test to force a re-take, by then hopefully his body will have fully processed everything, any thoughts?

swim can tell you from experience of others that you need 7-8 days before you can be certain that your chances of peeing dirty are super low (even with a decent amount of water intake prior to test). -DICK

SWIM has friends who have had similar problems... Some things they tried are what has been said already, exercise a lot and drink tons of water, as well as cranberry juice(try to get the pure stuff and not the cocktail, even though it tastes nasty). Also some convenience stores sell "detox drinks," that are supposed to help a lot. SWIM isn't sure of any names though, she's never bought one. As a very last resort (as this is extremely unhealthy for you) SWIM's friends have done "bleach bombs" where ONE drop of bleach is put on toilet paper or something similar, balled up and swallowed. Be careful with that one though. Good luck!

Bleach will not work, don't try it.

Tell him to re-scedule the interview and get a doctor to confirm that he was sick. That will give you the extra time.

This is the best idea. Swim done this a couple of times with probation. Rather pay for a doctor than do time.

Drinking large amounts of cranberry juice has worked in some incredible scenarios for friends of mine. Only for marijuana, but it could very well help for other things as cranberry juice is a diuretic. It flushes the system a little, but what I think really does it is some sort of dilution.

Hefty doses of niacin are sort of an old classic.

talked bout some of the options you guys suggested to "bill"
currently he's drinking good amounts of water and cranberry juice and running daily.
Went to gnc with him and bought some "Qcarbo32"...not too sure on its effectiveness though, kind of skeptical of those "wonder cures" any thoughts on this?
