i feel like i can relate to the situations in this thread

the first panic attack swim ever had was when he was abusing oxycontin daily for a 2 month span. he didnt see it coming and thought it was because of the drug. now he knows it was an anxiety attack

just yesterday he took a sip of a drink and thought it was making him feel strange so he got all worked up and had a mini anxiety attack for no good reason. it makes swim scared to go out and drink and do drugs as usual because of this new found anxiety. i am hoping swim can work this out with exercise and living a healthy lifestyle, even if he has to lay off the booze and other stuff for a while.
