For me I'm not sure whether an empty or full stomach is better. I think a dose of fiber helps. Also, seems like you get a tolerance after a while.

The slower SWIM takes/drinks things the easier it is on the tummy. A cap or two of ginger can't hurt either.

Peace,

D.

I found I get the same upset stomache feeling either whey full or
empty, however if I don't eat I get hunger pains along with the
GI discomfort.

So I found that eating a meal then if I get the nausia 1-2 gravols helps.

i feel that my stomacj is "stoned".. i woudl suggest that take rc on a
empty stomach.. and if you are the type that gets sick, then don't eat
food.. and avoid liquids if you can, as the liquids might give you odd
"stoned intestine" feelings and cause you puke.. i don't know what call
this "stoned intestine" feeling.. pherhaps that it is turned outside
in? on the other hand.. usually it is good ti drink water when on rc.
if possible, stick the drug upp there behind or up in the nose.. well, all rc doesn't work this way... or.. pherhaps try to smoke??

something tells me immodium.. but i would never use that one.

Take a few travel sickness pills, like Stugeron or Dramamine. Anything with meclizine or cinnarizine will do

Hyperreal, do you prefer meclizine/cinnarizine over dimenhydrinate?

They all work. I find 2 pills of any OTC anti-emetic will completely take care of any problems with nausea. I use Stugeron (cinnarizine) simply because it's the cheapest and most widely available, but I have no real preference.

Do you take the travel sickness pills a few hours before or with the substance you take?

Ok guys/gals I have a sure fire way to kill your nausea!

I am from India we make like a pickle here which is simply thin ginger
slices + lemon juice squeezed in a small glass jar.If kept like
overnight the ginger will go reddish in color no hassles still works,
better maybe!

Squeezing the lemon makes ginger much more palatable and its actually
and ayurvedic remedy for upset stomach and/or weak digestion.

Have a couple of slices about fifteen minutes before you ingest the 2C-(n)..and viola the nausea is all but gone!!

Using and OTC antihistamine makes me kinda foggy and increases the
bodyload in the come down for me.I take a couple of slices of this in
the comedown too, helps iron out the digestive gliches.

Try it.You will begin to depend on it.

Great advice metamountain. If I ever run across mescaline or anything I'll have to take the effort to do that.

I find that dramamine makes me nauseous because it tastes so badly. Go figure!

Meta-mountain's advice seems to be really good and interesting (I think
Ayurvedic medicine is very effective), but I would also add that an
hour or so before ingesting a chem, it is not such a bad idea to eat
something small and plain, like a piece of bread with peanut butter.
Then your stomach has a bit of padding, so to speak, as protection. I
really hesitate to ingest anything caustic on its own, or with other
acidic foods and drinks, including orange juice, coffee, pineapple
juice, etc.

^ excellent advice, elbow, and I'll keep in mind metamountain's ginger
pickle. Would add that a single benadryl tablet, 25 mg, has
proven helpful with no apparent bodyload. Ganja of course is an
old standby but of course it can take the psychedelic experience up a
notch (or sideways), which isn't always desired. I find ganja just isn't that
fun anymore. Clouds up the brain too much, and creates social discomfort and occasionally even paranoia; not
psychedelic-friendly.
