Worst Tasting Drug

SWIM has just remembered an experience trying to snort Sibutramine, the taste is horrendous but it’s completely overshadowed by BURNING/PAIN sensation in the nose and face.

So far the only substance to make SWIM eyes so watery he looked like he was crying, the misery lasted over 20 minutes until the pain went away, and then the taste could be felt in all its glory; second to Zopiclone but it comes quite close.

SWIMs worst tasting experience was smoking sonora desert toad venom and burning it. just the taste caused swim to vomit.

SWIM replied to this thread a while back and it was before he tried Propylhexedrine via Benzedrex cotton rod.

Though it may not be the absolute worst tasting drug, SWIM is definitely adding it to his list. Those menthol lavender burps are pretty terrible and they last about an hour or two.

SWIM is yet to try any Mescaline containing cacti. It is definitely on his list of things to try at least once - mainly Peyote. From the looks of it though, when he does finally try one, he is sure he will have to make another post in this thread. He knows it will probably take the cake as far as "the worst."

SWIM is one of those people who said Dextroamphetamine and it's just cause as you said, it tastes like candy.... sort of. It also still has a chemical taste to it and mixed with that sweet crap it adds a bitter edge and it makes SWIM gag every time. Most of his friends don't mind it. I guess just for a select few of us we see past the candy flavor and it just doesn't sit right. As far as Soma is concerned SWIM thinks he has only ever taken whole pills He can't ever remember tasting it.

What Benzo's is SWIY referring to? The only ones that SWIM can think of that have a taste at all are Alprazolam and Flunitrazepam. SWIM can't remember a time he chewed up or tasted Diazepam, Chlordiazepoxide, or Clorazepate and there are a few he hasn't tried yet such as Midazolam, Bromazepam, and a few others so he is unsure about those. Are any of those the ones you're talking about? Was curious because Lorazepam and Temazepam have absolutely no taste whatsoever to SWIM and Clonazepam barely has a taste.

Mescaline cactus "smoothie", no doubt. However, in SWIM's experiences mephedrone both tastes and smells like SWiM's toilet, old piss with a mild sewer-like smell... and and let me tell you his toilet has not been cleaned for some time...Really nasty!

Some people mentioned salvia here. My tree likes the smell and taste of salvia. There are much, much worse in his opinion.

Dried Psilocybe cubensis are absolutely rotten. My tree says that just thinking about it makes him want to dry heave. He usually tries to swallow them with as little chewing as possible but this usually doesn't work too well.

I know this isn't a psychoactive but penicillin tablets are even worse!

The "horrible" taste of mushrooms are pretty over rated. Especially if they're thoroghly dried. Wet mushrooms aren't really that bad, but not exactly enjoyable either. But a dried mushroom kind of taste like a saltless saltine cracker. Not really that much taste, kind of like eating crunchy air. But as for the ones that got drenched after getting caught in the rain.....ew. They're all mushy and shit. It'ls like eating the skin of an eel or that fish that creates all that mucous. It's gross, and the worst part was they were fake, but in general all mushies are close in taste.

Another one swim would like to add is Bacardi 151. Horrible if strait. Typical alcohol taste, but it burns the hell out of anything it comes in conact with. but damn it fucks you up!

swim agrees with swiu on the fresh mushies but dried ones are great! seriously swim could eat them as a snack if they werent trippy! they taste like smoked grass! (imagine putting grass on a bbq!)

Alcohol ..... SWIM would rather indulge with some chemical fun any day than sit in a bar drinking drink after drink of foul tasting liquid in order to get 'high'.
It's the only drug that you have to put a real degree of effort into getting intoxicated from it ... and the effects of intoxication are never too pleasing either (falling down, puking, starting fights, etc). Plus over-indulgence leads to suffering the next day that far outweighs the pleasure gained from taking the damn stuff!
Also, SWIM was an addict for 10 years (first crack, later heroin and other opiates), since comming off drugs (43 days clean today!), SWIM has found that she can no longer sit in a bar and just relax and chill out with people. She is so restless these days that just sitting with a drink in her hand, doing nothing, is pure torture for her.
At least SWIM knows that she won't be replacing her former addictions with alcoholism! (A problem a lot of former drug addicts do have).

I fail to see how people can say Alcohol is one of the worst tasting drugs, unless they mean pure ethanol. There are a vast number of drinks out there and you can't actually taste the Alcohol itself in them.

well for me it depends on the type, such as gin and tequila. i guess its just the flavouring, not necessarily the alcohol itself.
