Drug testing centres in Netherlands

Can someone explain more about the testing centres in Netherlands?

How many are there, which drugs (shrooms ?) can be tested, price of the testing, in which way are the results given (is it percentage or just quantity), etc ...

And if the sample can be delivered through mail
