Overdose - need some help asap please

hey all,
swim has foolishly had too many codeine tablets as he was in withdrawl and was desperate to get out of it,
he ingested 12 x 15mg/500paracetemol and 2 x 10mg/500 para making it
7000mg of paracetemol, and 200mg codeine although thats not wats bothering him even tho it has caused hot and weird sensations in his head, its the 7g's of paracetemol that bothers him...
for someone in tip top healthy condition, can 7000mg pass thru him without causing damage? here is australia they say 4000mg is safe in 24hrs but surely there must be room for error,i mean 4000mg is safe therefore 500mg on top wouldnt make much diff right as in there should be a lil grace...
any1? i could use some advice on worst case and best case scenario on this, and also a realistic scenario,

Whoa shit thats a really high dose. If you can you should seek medical help. The damage and symptoms can take a while to show and druign that time you culd still be damaging your liver.

swim is pretty scared about going to the er, as the situation will prob go on records, and also scared that just by being in the ER will make it 'seem' worse and will prob have an anxiety attack as he is prone to them,

what can one do in this situation to help flush it out?? swim is drinking as much as he can but doesnt know wat else to do

Dont be scared of going to the ER, its better than dieing. Who cares if they keep a record even though i dont see why they would. Certainly have a phone on standby if things get too much.

Throw up immediately, it's not worth risking it. And paracetemol/acetminophen (aspirin/tylenol UK-US) is very dangerous.

It's dangerous that it might shut your liver down, and eventually kill you. But you don't want your liver to shut down while your alive. This is not a good way to die either.

Call a paramedic. Tell them you took it on accident thinking it was lower MG and wasn't trying to get high that you just had a headache or something.

Go to the hospital atleast. Because dien shouldn't be something your looking forward to doing. If it is, then just chill i guess.

swim tried to throw up, he really really did but to no avail, he thinks he waited too long and the pills are too far gone in that they are prob fully absorbed by now..

everytime he hears his stomach rumble or feels weird sensations inside of him, he goes as white as a ghost inside and now cant sleep, its 4.00am and am sorta too scared to nod off....
he didnt go to ER as they cant reverse paracetemol absorbtion, and would prob try inducing vomiting, in which he tried for over an hour..
its been about 1.5 hrs since ingestion, and has basically been drinking the whole time trying to flush out as much as he can....

thanks for ur help every1, tho swim didnt deserve it for doing something as stupid as he did

Acetaminophen is the same thing as paracetemol. Check out these threads and then get swiy's self to the doctor.

not going against the medical attention advice or anything, but swim has taken 6500mg of paracetamol at once and has had no problems what so ever (swim had over 8000mg of para in the entire day). swim isn't sure if one can build a tolerance to paracetamol or not but swim has been taking 1000mg four times a day for many many years, which should be taken into account if applicable.
