Replacing heroin and crack with methadone, cannabis and alcohol

SWIM has pointlessly yet again stopped the H and the crack and got on the methadone. Now though SWIM'S constantly getting stoned and drinking super strength beer. It's took SWIMS motivation away and SWIM is in some strange inert state where he can't get a job or even get out the house much. SWIM has been out of jail for three months now and the evil green liquid(methadone is green over here) and the weed has got me all lazy and in some conscious coma.

If you're going on a methadone script, go into it clear headed and stay that way. You can have an easier chance of getting to your goals then. Stay substance free on your script and it'll benefit you alot more. SWIM'S coming from 16 years of abuse and SWIM is around thirty now. SWIM has fuck all. SWIM will make a film soon.

To all those young people dabbling or enjoying the odd puff or few lines, don't. IT WILL ruin your life in the end.

No! there's nothing pointless about not having to spend about £150 a day to feel 'normal'.
SWIY's so right about the weed though. That's why SWIM has relapsed in the past. Sitting around waiting for the motivation to return while getting stoned just never happened for her
SWIM s doing a methadone detox at the moment. SWIM makes a list of things to do, (just a couple of things) the night before. This involves patching up her f*cked up life. Also shes going for a walk every day (this is on the list).
But SWIMs not going to preach to SWIY. SWIMs sure SWIY know a lot more than SWIM. SWIY already knows what needs to be done. Its just getting started

Swim knows what Swim feels comfortable experimenting with, and crack and heroin are not on that list. Maybe Swim will try a line if it's offered to him some day, but he knows someone who did heroin only twice and it took him more than a month to get over the craving for another shot. none for Swim, thank you.

SWIM is going to try and enjoy the things that she should be grateful for in her life. Her family. She is going to try and concentrate on becoming the best she can in her career. She also wants to meet new people.
SWIM also wants to start going abroad on holiday or maybe to live in Australia for a year or go travelling over that end of the world. There is no great rush for these things but shes going to ttry and gradually work toward them.

That's the best thing I've heard all day. SWIM is just smoking some of that import jamaican 'yard' weed. And drinking..........stillBut yeah, it's awful good to get your family back.Methadone: the most socially acceptable opiate.
