Why does dope me people sweat? I mean its somewhat hot out so SWIm expects so sweat a lil, but when on dope Swim gets real hot n sweaty. its somewhat bothersome.

also, are there any potentators of diamorphine? like tums or grapefruit juice beforehand?

swim always gets hot or warm atleast when taking any opiate...
when swim wakes up and needs to go to work, if he is freezing cold will have some oxy just to perk and warm him up,

One of the worse things for SWIM is feeling extremes of tempreture when trying to stop. SWIM hates being cold

SWIM gets the sweats when he was doing heroin....he would also get the cold sweats when detoxing...SWIM read this somewhere that opiate induced histamine release may be responsible for the flushing of the face, sweating, and pruritus often seen with these drugs.
