Sure not a problem, i'll give u the run down:

January 31'st 2004: i was driving home at 1:30 in the morning down a local road called RT.1 it is a 2 lane highway (2 lanes each side of the road) and i was doing 55. The speed limit on the road is 50 but as i know from delivering food for 2 years+ going 5 over is acceptable by the cops. As i was driving down a long straightaway i saw a cop come around the corrner at the end of the road. He was comming towards me, so we were obviously on opposite sides of the road. He busted a U'ie and came behind me, i had to drop my friend off so i was going to go to his house and then go home. While in route to his house i got pulled over, the cop asked "Licence, Registration, Proof of insurance". Well the car was 4 days old, and i only had the bill of sale because where i live you have 10 days to register the car legally. I gave him the Bill of Sale and told him that my insurance cards would be comming in the mail within 2 days. The car was insured. The cops went back to his car and came back to mine after 30-45 minutes. So now it was 2am and i was getting tired yawning and such... my eyes had started to work a nice little glaze over them from being tired. The cop asked me if i knew what a summons was and i responedyes i do.When i said yes, he asked if i was stoned, or drunk because of my eyes. "No officer i'm not". He said please step out of the car, and i did. He proceded to give me a field sobrity test at 2:30 am, i passed, and my friend passed. He then asked to look around the car real quick, and i said sure. (first mistake) ok, so the cop searched my car for about 30 minutes (making it close to 3am now) and i was getting tired and very upset, so i asked him "Sir i thought this was going to be quick, both of us are sober there is nothing in the car, and we are freezing standing outside (mind you it was January.) He said "I'll do u a favor you can sit in my car" put me and my friend in the back. He continued to search for another 10 min or so and then came back to my car. "Why is there a bookbag in the front seat?" he asked. I responded "i'm a full time studend at the local community college, and my books are in their. He said "Can i look in the bag" i respond "Sir i dont know why i even got pulled over i wanna just go home". He pulls me outa the cruiser, "I didnt ask what the fuck u wanted, i said can i look in the bag" i respond "Sir i dont understand why u even wanna search the car, i wasnt doing anything" (i only had a summons for driving w/o proof of insurance at this time.) He says "I said can i look in the fucking bag or not" i said "no you cannot, i do not understand what is going on." he says "Get the fuck back in my car" goes to my car and grabbs the book bag puts it on the hood of my car, and opens it. Inside their was:
- A digital Scale
- Brand new box of baggies
- 2.5 oz of pot
- 20 grams of mushrooms (Schedule I)
- a packed bowl
- A glass steamroller
Upon finding this he came back to the car and asked who's bag it was, my friend was about ready to start crying, and i knew what i had to do, i said it was mine. My friend was released with my car and i was arrested. I was charged with 4 felony's right there:
- Possession/Manafacturing/Intent to Deliver of Marijuana
- Possession/Manafacturing/Intent to Deliver of Mushrooms (psychadelic mushrooms so they are Schedule I)
- Possession while driving of a Schedule I narcodic
- Possession while driving of Marijuana.
and they took possession of my car and 150$

I was taken down to the station questioned and the next day i was sent to court. I was released that day on $10,000Personal Recognacence. And i went home.


March 3rd 2004- I was getting ready to go to class (night classes) and it was 5:45. It was getting dark and by the beach it was really foggy. I called my friend who i had class with and said "dude lets meet up i got some bud and we'll blaze before school" he said "cool let's meet at the beach, i'll get a blunt" So we meet in the State beach parking lot, i split the blunt and begin to roll it, when i have about 3 licks left on this blunt my boy and my g/f said "Jeff their is a car pulling into the lot" I said "na that car isnt pulling in, if it was it'd hit it's breaks right now" as i said now the breaks were hit on the car pulling in. The car (a cruiser) pulled up to the State Beach Pivilion and sat their for a second. We were about 30 spots down the parking lot and it was hard to see us because we had no lights on and it was foggy. I had one lick left on the blunt and the cop B-linned for my g/f's car. I took the blunt and the notebook and shoved it under my seat as the cop drove infront of the car. after driving infront of the car he whipped around and went Nose to Nose with my g/f's car and turned on his high beams. He came up to the car and said "listen i have another unit comming from B-town (about 10 min drive) so u help me out i'll let u go from here, i know what's under your seat." I was thinking "Shit i'm out on bail, i need this break" so i said "their is a blunt under my seat" he tells me to get out of the car. I get out he patts me down finds that i have nothing on me. He goes to the car and starts tolook for the blunt and cant find it. Thisguyis a brand new rookie to the force. He keeps looking and then out of no where he goes to me "Put your hands behind your back" and cuffs me. throws me in a crusier where i sit for a few. I see them find my g/f's bowl and then he coems back to his car and says "Listen we are going to have a talk in a minute, and your going to be honest right? If you are i'll help you out"I say "Yea i'll be honest".He comes back with my g/f's bowlin his hand inside of a girls pink sock and goes "who's is this" i said "it's kinda obvious, who's glovebox was it in, and whowould like pinkin this situation" he said "u gonna say who's it is" I said "obviously the girls"he said "now it's yours, she didnt claim it". so the cop comes back to his car and i say "i'm getting arrested for something that i have 1$ on??" he said "unless you want to file a formal complaint then i'll arrest both of your friends too" and he took me downtown and let my friends go. I didnt file the complaint i just sucked it up.The next day i went to court again and this time i was HWOB (Held with out bail), and i went to theACI (adult corrections institution)


March 18 2004- So i spent my b-day in jail and now on the 18thmy lawyer has reached a deal with the state... the deal was that i would go on 5 years of probation, 5 years differed sentence, and 200hrs ofcommunity service... the Superior Court Judge asked if this was ok, i said yes because i was sick of jail and it was a good deal... Little did i know that the deal included giving up my4 day old car ... So now i had to lay low all the time i cant get into trouble.


Early December 2004 - I was driving home from work and i was at a stop light turning onto a rd that goes from 2 lanes to 1. I was next to a 93 Oldsmobile at the light (note i drive a 89 Camaro RS with a V-8 monty swap). The light turned green i went around the corrner onto the road with the Olds, and when the road was going to narrow down my nose of my car was next to the ass of her car, so i said what the hell i have enough room to do this easy, so i clicked it down into second, and hit it. didnt go above 40mph (the road speed limit) the whole time. went by the Olds and the lady hit her high beams and her horn. I drove for ~1500-2000ft before i couldnt deal with the brights anymore. I pulled over so she could go by and her b/f got out of the car and started to scream "Let's fight you little punk etc" i said "shut off your high beams or pass me that's all i'm asking" (while still sitting in my car, i just had my door cracked, 1 leg out, and i was still stting on my seat. He kept walking at my car so i shut my door and went to leave, and then out of nowhere a cop pulls up next to me and is screaming "SHUT THE CAR OFF!, SHUT THE MOTHERFUCKER OFF" so i did... he comes to my car "Can i have your licence" gave it to him, he goes back to the ladys car "licence, reg, and insurance." then he moves his cruiser and stays in it for about 45 minutes. so i figure that we are both getting a ticket. He came back out of his car goes to the womans car and i hear "Are you ok ma'mn? do u need an ambulance? Take deep breaths" then the cop comes up to my car and i said "what is going on officer" because the woman just left.. he said "get the fuck out of your car that's what's going on" and he opens my door. I get out and i say "what is happening" and he goes "put your hands on your fucking trunk that's what's happening" they pat me down and again find nothing. The cop cuffs me and is screaming about how could i do that to a lady, am i a man? so i get put into the back of a cruiser with one of my "buddies" being the cop in front. He is the brother to a girl i am friends with and i used to talk with this kid when he was in HS" So i ask him "how is this happening dude, i didnt do anything" he said "IDK dude, this is what the other cop wants, i gotta go" and he leaves to go search my car, they find nothing. So i get taken downtown on Wreckless Driving (how is this criminal idk) and thrown into a cell. The cop said 30 minutes and we will have you outa here i just gotta write you a summons. 3 HOURS! later i'm let go. So i'm walking around looking for my car and i have no idea where it is.


January 2005- I end up going to court in January because i convince the judge i need to "get my affairs in order before continuing". When i go into the court room i'mpresented with this "Plead guilty and pay 500$ and lose your licence, or plead innocent and share the facts" i said "innocent" because all i did was makea simple misjudgement. as soon as i said "innocent" he said "You are now beign presented as a violator in Superior Court, you will be held until they can see you"right theni had to go to the holding cells, leaving my mom and dad in the court room. I go to superior court and explain that i dont understand how it happend like this and i want to change my plea if this is what's going to happen. This judge can seethat i'm obviously upset by this and hetalks to my Lawyer... All and all my lawyer went back to the District Court Judge and talked to him, i made a NOLO pleato the charge of Wreckless Driving and i recieved a punishment of "90 days home confinement, and90 days loss of licence" no fine.



That is my story of how i got onto home confinement, obviously shortened,a little bit but the facts are there...

Hmmm. Interesting I don't like driving with "stuff" in my vehicle. Think you'll do anything differently when you get your affairs back "in order" ?

I dont like driving with that much stuff in my car either, but what do u do when you just picked it up 45mins away and you have to come home with it?


as for getting my affairs back in order, yea, i will i know now that i'm going to lay real low, my partyin is comming to a close, but if SWIM does smoke he will smoke someplace where he is going to be safe... lots of percautions

This sounds somewhat similiar to the shit they done to us were i live, for some reason cops just think they can do anything and anything they find can and most likley will be held in court, and down here once ur even pulled over once for something like that your gonna be fucked with its bullshit if i was a cop i would mind my own business and watch the real crimes not harrassing someone to make myself look better thats crap i can see if somebody is weaving back and fourth through lanes barely able to stay on the road but if someone is driving right and u are profiling them its bullshit ive already been harrassed by the cops since then they want to follow me and watch me its all bullshit, sorry that happened to ya man.
