Diphenhydramine with Ammonium Chloride

SWIM plans on taking a recreational dose of Benadryl tonight and is just making sure all of the ingredients are safe. SWIM has done some search on Google but has found nothing about the possible dangers of ingesting fairly large amounts of ammonium chloride. It says it contains 125mg/5ml of ammonium chloride and 12.5mg/5ml of Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride. The intended dosage of diphen. is around 400mg, 375mg possibly. Meaning 160ml has to be ingested. This means around 4g? of ammonium chloride will be ingested.

Any input on the dangers or total saftey of ingesting this much of this substance would be greatley appreciated.
