Your favorite brand of kava
A friend of a friend of a friend of my uncle's half cousin's dog wants to try kava for use as a daily anxiety reducer. He is looking for a cost effective online brand.
He has tried ground kava root from an online site (forgot the name), and "Now" Kava extract pills, both of which worked somewhat, but not well enough for the pragmatic use he has in mind. After figuring that ground root was probably the best way to go, he bought a cheap batch off ebay, but there was not enough to really experiment with. What are everyone's favorite online brands? Affordability is a factor for this distant friend of mine.
