Have you ever been ripped off?

Man, I've been ripped off so many times I've almost given up. Or just someone pinching your bag. The big amounts of money excuse is always: The cops caught me...yeah...sure they did... I hate how some people are just unloyal you know? Does this happen to anyone else?


p.s.: Let's just say that I don't get ripped off anymore.

Not too many people get ripped off with weed around where im from. You
can usually trust the guy youre buying from as most people know the
dealers on a friendly level. Dealers will get their ass kicked for
pinching out an eighth to just 3g as ive seen it happen before

Man, I live in the dorms at school and if you don't know what you're
looking at then you will get ripped off. A friend of mine got ripped
off on some coke awhile back. He had never done it before and wanted to
buy a G so I told him where to go. I thought the guy was straight
because he never tried to rip me off anymore, but when my friend went
to him and came back to show me what he got, he got about 3/4 of a gram
for $65. It's a damn shame that dealers are always trying to rip people
off for a few bucks. They may actually end up losing more money in the
long run because if people find out that they are shady then who is
going to want to go back to them??

Yeah, marijuana is usually so available that dealers shouldn't try to
rip people off. Most of the stuff SWIM smokes is homegrown, so he
doesn't worry about getting ripped off.



However, I have a friend who purchased a small amount of weed and he
got ripped off bad. The correct amount was present, but the weed
looked like it had been used in a vaporizer or something... it was all
dry and brown.

I know that i was ripped off when i first bought weed. I got it when i was a freshman in HS and i paid 20$ for a "gram". Looking back on this day i relize that i was shorted proabably almost a half a g. This suspicion is further followed by a friend of the kid who sold it to me comming up to me almost 6 years later and saying "u relize how short that bag was"... i mean now it's trivial, but to "pay me back" he rolled a fat blunt for just us... so i guess it worked out for me. Now that i've been looking at weed for a # of years, i can tell a bag just by looking at it... i can usually guess a weight of a bag fairly closely.

Where swim lives the dealers put the herb in the corner of the bag and tie it tight so swim pretty much knows how much is there anyways but just weighs it to make sure bag = 1 gram so make sure u always subtract 1 gram from the weigh of the bag if its a sandwhich bag andwhat u said u paidfor a gram thats shit i wouldnt have payed that i guess i can understand you didnt know though, btw i thought prices were not postable? O yeah a guy i know bought a half pound and received 2 ounces for his money and swim was asked if it was right and swim said no but at the time didnt know his friends were ripping the guy off and then they told swim and swim was like well thats not even right so now there not friends, someone like that even if it isnt happening to you, you might wanna stear clear of because if they would do it to him eventually they will do it to you also. Will never buy anything unless they have it IN THEIR HAND and its a direct transfer. If they bitch about it...just go to someone else...they are usually trying to rip you off. If you really trust them and want to do that then give them a bit and say "I've got more money for stuff when you get back".

My guess vike to why they try to rip you off on coke is because if they can rip your bag off .5 g's (say your getting a ball) and the dealer does that to 4 bags, well he has 2g's that are 100% profit, or he can blow up his nose for free. rip off's suck

I got ripped off for the first time i bought weed. hasn't happened since. i bought half oz skunk for £75 it weighed just over 8 grams. I have no idea who done it but (apparently) a group of people jacked his belongings (£240, just over oz of skunk...

My hook that I used to have was pretty consistent, but one time I bought a sack, and it was skimp, I knew it but didnt say anything, cuz everyother time it had been legit and maybe even more, then the next two times I bought off of him it was skimp again, I didnt say anything again, then I went and bought a scale cuz I didnt want to accuse him and be wrong. Then I bought a sack, and it was skimp, I told him I got a scale, scaled it, and it wasnt legit the next time I bought off of him he gave me 2g's for the price of a G. But make sure your hook is chill, somedealerssnap quick if you accuse them of skimping and you are not 100% sure.So best advice buy a scale.

Very true Colby. SWIM personally would get upset with people when he was selling when he was giving straight even hooked up bags all the time and they would try to squeese out of him more. Trying to say it wasskimp.


One time a good boy of SWIM called him up for a gram. SWIM was running low andthe kid was giving him US15$ (back when G's were 20$) so it was going to be a g exactly. The kid came and picked it up, went to the house where he was at and proceded to break it up and to get ready to roll a blunt. Now as you know agood bluntbegins at 1.4grams. Sense it wasnt 20$SWIM told him it'd be 1.0, and he agreed to it.The kid called SWIM up and told him that the bag was skimp, andSWIM told him to come back with thebag and ifit weighed the 1.0 that he sold him(SWIM had witnesses to the 1.0)then he'd givehim the 20$ back. The kid came back put the G on the scale it read .9, swim took the 15$ out of his pocket andhanded it to the kid. Right after handing it to the kidSWIM said "You can take your 15$ elsewere, your calling me short on a bag that was exact,SWIM dosen't need your lousy 15$ anymore He's moving onto bigger and better things" the kid proceded to knock the weed all over the floor all broken up, so SWIM punched him in the face, putting his tooth through his upper lip. Note: the kid had tried to callSWIM short on the previous two bags, both times SWIM showed him the #'s on the digi.


So colby is right, calling people off can piss them off, it's best to know what your dealing with before you call. so ifyou dont wanna buy a scale, have a friend who has one. but dont go cheapwith a pinky scale.

Thats true but when its the price that your agreeing to being ripped off about is always your choice, it doesnt make swim as mad when he agree's to pay X amount for X weight. But it does when he agree's and the deal is changed on the other person's behalf.

I'd say that the only way to assure that you won't be ripped off is to get ur stuff off the same person each time. If u keep goin to the same person, they'll get to know u and start respecting u more. Also if u go to them often enough, they wont wanna rip u off coz they'll apprecitate yr custom.

SWIS is a local marijuana dealer, and tries to be very generous, just
so people dont bitch at him. For an eigth ounce, he gives them roughly
X grams, and for a quarter, X grams. Also, his X bags are like fuckin
Xs. Its awesome, I love buying from him.



The reason he is so generous is because of ACCIDENTLY ripping people
off. When he first started, he had a scale that well... sucked
horribly. It was for like dead fish or something. Well, when he would
sell an eigth, it would be like 1.5 grams. And then when he tried to
sell one gram, it ended up being like 4 grams. Fortunately, that all is
fixed now, but this just goes to show you that not all dealers TRY to
rip you off.... they may just have a shitty scale. lol.

$450 for a quarter pound of decent midi's is a good price. even in the less expensive areas such as where swim lives and wholesales at, a qp of redbud shwag is 120 where a qp of decent merch is 250 a qp of good midis is 450 and a qp of dank (the absolute cheapest you could find direct from the source as a wholesaler) is $650. so by saying they gave you a qp of midis for a good price of 450, so you stole it and their money, you are saying YOU ARE THE RIPOFF.
