SWIM has bought heroin a number of times recently and found it to be of very poor quality, cut with manitol. SWIM just wanted to make other heroin users in the UK aware of this stuff going around at the minute: she's spoken to quite a few other users in her area (north london) recently and they've all had some of this stuff (bought from different dealers). If your heroin has very tiny shiny particles in it then that is (apparently) the manitol. It's not dangerous but the gear is just very weak.
