Tolerance - 15 mg Opana ER?

SWIM came across these, and is getting them for a relatively good deal. SWIM is unsure of the best method of taking them. SWIM chewd one and caught a buzz for about an hour. Let it be known that SWIM has a moderate opiate tolerance, 50 mg of hydrocodone has little effect on SWIM. Would a better course of action be to suck the outside lining off and snort the rest, if it possible?

SWIM has drank a decent amount of alcohol tonight as well as the rush was coming down so SWIM doesn't know if he should do the rest tonight

Yes, it can be sort of fun, and it its pretty easy to get in the habit of. Sometimes though, it just kills.

SWIM only does it with vikes usually. with Oxy/Perc it usually causes blackng out. There's some strong stomach cramps now though. SWIM didnt take anymore oxymorphone. SWIM Will save it for the drag races on saturday

I wouldn't drink on vicodin, because of the APAP in it, which will fuck up your lover hard.

SWIM couldn't save it, took it a little while ago. Without the coating, and insuflated seemed to be better.

It's hard for SWIM to catch a buzz off just vikes nowadays, alcohol helps bring about the hydro better, though SWIM knows of the effects on the liver

Swim has had the ER as well as the IR (which he prefers).When he comes across the ER's he usually melts away the outer part and then crushes up the rest.

Do not mix alcohol and opioids. That being said, rectal would be the best idea to get strong effects. DO NOT USE THE WHOLE PILL. That would personally OD Swim and any without a pretty decent tolerance.

Break a small piece off and plug it. You could also wait for it to dry and then grind/snort. Be careful! Oxymorphone is a strong drug.
