Manditory reporting of bullet/stab wounds in hospitials.
Hospitials/doctors in the US are required to report any bullet/stab wound they get in the emergency room right? Now lets say grandma went in for a physical and the doctor noticed a old stab/bullet wound that had the bullet removed and was taken care of DIY style, would the doctor still be forced to report it after so much time went by? The stiching job is downright horrible does anyone with medical experiance know if the doctor even be able to tell it was a bullet wound?
