I got this from an article linked through the drugde report, here is the article:

My question is this: What do you think the ramification of this will be? Will illegal conversations over AIM be tracked? Looked at by the government? Does this open up doors to find illegal drug deals organized through aim? For example, would this allow AOL to look at a persons instant messaging, search for words (heroin, coke, dope, etc), and report such findings to federal agencies? Or ban members? I am not an AOL subscriber, but do use AIM. Obviously this new ToS leads to any number of privacy issues, but the one I'm currently concerned about are illegal things. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks
BTW this is my first post, but I have enjoyed reading these forums in the past.
