Drug info - how to use vyvanse

SWIM want to get fucked up on some vyvanse

since it is a safe drug snorting is not that effective

what is the best way to use it

i have more than 200mg

how lng will it take

Simply: don't.

Unmodified, it's quite rough on the body to take a substantial amount of vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) at one time. Not to mention, ripping through a prescription and running out early is going to give SWIY some guaranteed shitty days.

I've heard that forcing vyvanse through hydrolysis to extract the dextroamphetamine apart from the l-lysine is rather simple, but I don't have the experience to say for sure.

Well, the prescribing information says to pour them in water; I'm not sure if the acidity of the solution is important. In any case, this should be negligibly different from simply taking the pills in tact, so save yourself the apple juice.

I believe I read in one of the abuse studies that 150 mg is about equivalent in "drug liking effect"/"amphetamine effect" as 40mg pure d-amphetamine in drug abusers. But it also depends on SWIY's tolerance...

At any rate, be careful.

Chew some tums wit it, and if it's XR mechanism makes you freak out (amphetamine overdose [anxiety] is not fun.. especially when it keeps building), just down something with Vitamin C in it. Ascorbic acid will antagonize the effects of amphetamine. :]

This isn't (as?) effective with lisdexamfetamine because the d-amphetamine is broken off and becomes active very late in the gastrointestinal tract. I believe Vitamin C speeds up the second-stage metabolism of amphetamine, so it shouldn't affect the person as long, but then more d-amphetamine is constantly being released as the lisdexamfetamine encounters trypsin.

I've heard that taking a supplement containing trypsin (of which I've only found one product, but have not purchased it myself) to cause the l-lysine and d-amphetamine to split earlier; the result is allegedly a rush of d-amphetamine, but then the drug is used up and does not extend too long (which was the reported reason for taking the supplement).

I've also heard that creating a solution of trypsin+water+baking soda (to control the pH, I forget what the optimal pH level or temperature is for trypsin--I'd imagine the temperature should be close to body temperature and pH should be slightly acidic...) and adding lisdexamfetamine, one can let the bodily reactions occur in a beaker and then just drink the result so that the now-active d-amphetamine acts instantly. I don't know of any confirmation here, and I don't know enough about biochemistry to say if that should or shouldn't work.

Trypsin is used in baby food to pre-digest it. It can break down the protein molecules which helps the baby to digest it as its stomach is not strong enough to digest bigger protein molecules.

SWiM doesn't mind lisdexamfetamine. He actually finds it somewhat easier on the body in some ways, and the comedown is much more gradual.

SWiM'd start with 150 mgs and work up if he were SWiY.
