Drug info - LSD and hair testing

There are reports on erowid and other copy/pasted documents saying that LSD-25 can be hair tested for, but anyone mind linking SWIM to a place that claims they actually CAN?

SWIM has looked around and can't find any clinic that actually says they can test for LSD, any tryptamine, or phenethylamine.

The only place swim has heard of that has the capability to actually test for LSD is the airforce. He's sure there are other places that can test for it. It's just something rarely tested for. If someone were arrested for an LSD related crime, they could probably expect testing for LSD as part of their parole. But yeah it's very rare.

SWIM is talking more specifically for hair testing. SWIM knows a urine test could show it for a couple of days, but SWIM can't find a lab anywhere with a hair panel.


Wiki says 1-3 days in a hair test (not sure if it's true, wasn't cited), and swim would say it's reasonable to assume they are right that a significant amount of residue would not be left in the hair when only .0001mg-.0004mg of a substance are put into ones body.
