Inhaling - Can H4 be smoked?

I tried to utfse but it didn't include the term "H4" in the search...

Bit of background...

The only H swim had bought until recently was a light browny colour that turns into a black liquified blob when heated and is easily smoked; needs to be reacted with an acid to dissolve.

Recently though, he got some which is closer to white in colour, with the consistency of flour. When heated it initially forms a clear liquidy appearance and eventually turns brown and fizzles violently, then the usual ash. It doesn't appear to have a very profound effect when smoked.

So, SWIM has come to the conclusion this is probably Heroin Hydrochloride and that trying to smoke it will be a waste of time, yes?
