Opinions - just need some advice

okies ive been on zoloft for 4 years and does notihng for me now the
doc put me on avanza and fucked me around side affects from this non
stop eating,walking into things,getting agry at nothing etc etc,then
he's put me on aurorix and no side affects but seems to be doing
nothing much and i tell him that iam harly sleeping etc etc and doesnt
help me with this wtf should i do or say to them to get sometihng that
will work and help me sleep any advice on this will help thx all

You should at least wait a week or so for the effects to subdue themselfs.. there are a lot of meds that take a full week for your body to start getting used to them.. If the sleeping becomes a problem and effects your every day life then tell him that, "Doc, i cant sleep at night, and it's effecting my daily life, me working and such... i'm thinking about starting to take OTC sleeping pills..." As for it not doing much wat are u on Zoloft? or auroix for? moodswings, or depression?

Heres some advice, you should demand he RX you some Ambien. Not only
will it make you sleep like a baby, but if used in slightly higher
moderation than prescribed, you will trip your damn balls off.....



If you are only looking for the sleeping factor, this drug will work
wonders for that as well, but i suggest that if you do get some, you
put about 20mg in your nose.



Maybe a little MSI * Mindless Self Indulgence* will help turn your world inside out

Sigh....I had a doc that would perscibe a pill at anything...SSRIs made me suicidal...antianxiety made medepressed(besides benzos...bad withdraws though) and anti bi-polar meds made me crazy. Inmy opinion some peop-les body chemisry isnot ment to fix with meds...for others meds will work wonders. Ambienseems like a good idea to me too. Just do relay on them fo everyday life...which is what ends up happening and you get benzo withdraws which is no fun. Go normal, the body can handle itslf in most cases, meds just dont work for some people. Just depends if you REALLY need help sleeping or you just want some benzos.......

I forgot...Muirner is right. Always wait a week OR TWO for the meds to start working. Some meds will be hell the first week and then will work...i still say the body can handle almost anything but meds still help.
