Good afternoon everyone,

Which supplements should someone who is currently taking Ritalin take for increased effects on cognitive function and better overall health?

Some thoughts on possible stack:

ALCAR
Alpha-GPC
Oxiracetam
Piracetam
Ashwagandha
Theanine
Fish Oil
CoQ-10
Resveratrol
Creatine
Multi-Vitamin

What do you guys think?
